I own one of these Edison C-250 players in Red Mahogony though. I also have 43 diamond discs too. They use to belong to my husband's grandmother who grew up during the era these players and discs were popular. If you are interested in the player or discs, please message me.

Marcel, that hot DD dance tune showcases your C-250 very nicely! Rocky

An oak 250! The guys in the US will be green with envy. I don't know why, but oak C250's & C19's seem to turn up a lot more out here.
Great machine! Thanks for sharing.

Sounds like Tom Stacks on vocal.Did you have the volume turned all the way up?

Hi, These machines don't have a volume control as such, there is a mute ball that slides in and out of the horn opening to diferent degrees. The mute ball was out as far as it would go, so this is full volume. regards Marcel
