trying to learn Jeff's solo on "Hello Dali," from his album "Taking Notes" with my rarely-played fretless. Jeff''s solo is incredibly melodic and beautiful... it's great to study his materials

  • Got one of these in Lipstick/Metallic Red. These are known as SR800LE Fretless. They're the same thing as the standard fretted ones, just no frets, and I believe they were only in production the first few years since soundgear series was launched, definitely no later than 1992. Mine's from 1989. These are very fun to play and have a very sweet tone selection. Tapping is really fun on these as well, as you can set the action extremely low to the fingerrboard.

  • Is that a dark blue SR800? That thing looks amazing

  • Hey bro. i see you got some nice basses to,it sound good smooth sound!!!

  • thanks man!

  • nice playing!
