Rectus Abdominus.

Make sure your lower back is resting on the ball. Hips just off. Lift chest up towards the ceiling as you pull ball or weight overhead.

  • This doesn't really look like pull overs as much as it does some kind of crunch. Pull overs should have your arms coming back passed your head for a full ROM to work the sarratus anterior, lats, and pectoral minor. Also, a stability ball lowers the quality of any work done, regardless of the exercise.
