I qualified as an Optometrist 3 years ago. In that time i have diagnosed a number of tumors, horners syndrome (secondary to internal carotiod dissecting aneurysm), acute angle closure glaucoma, high ammetropia (+10.50)

You don't press buttons to conduct volk fundoscopy, tonometry - ask an Ophthalmologist!

Given your hatered of the Optometry profession I would believe your background lies in either Nurse/Optician/Technician, that would explain your limited and fragmented knowledge.
