内功の鍛錬法を林先生が紹介しています。立禅の静止した状態からゆっくり動き始め、縦横斜めの円を体全体を使用し描きます。滑らかにユックリ動作を繰り返すことで内功を鍛­え、体全体がバネになるようにします。この錬功法は意拳の創始者、 王薌齋が編み出してその後、韓星垣がそれをより意拳的に進化させたものです。

意拳は型を練習せず、長時間の立禅と瞑想で肉体と意思を一体化させることで超人的な爆発力を発生させます。日本ではあまり知られていないとても奥の深い功夫です。日本の太­気拳は同じルーツからきています。

  • @paragate Sorry I am a practitioner of Xing Yi Quan and this is called The tortoise swimming in the sea and its done extreemly slow, I guess in yi quan its called the drangons dance.

  • I didn't see any tortoise, all I saw was a little bit of basic shi li. nothing special. I hope that one day a real Yiquan teacher will come to your shores. nevertheless, keep practising.

  • The tortoise swims in the sea, Yi Quan is great to watch.
