This video discusses Golfers Elbow, one of the common sports injuries. Like tennis elbow, golfers elbow is caused from repeated use. Golfers elbow is pain on the inside of the elbow where tennis elbow is located on the outside. Symptoms include elbow pain as well as pain in your forearm when force flexing the fingers.
If my Doctor looked that good I'd BLOCK BOOK appointments :-)

I dont know if I have tennis or golfers elbow or something else. I lift a lot of heavy weights at the gym pretty regularly. However, I find that when I try to do an over the head tricept extension using a dumbell, my elbow just collapses. I also notice it when I do close grip bench press. I can also notice it when I simply extend my arm out not even using weights. I had xray and they didnt show anything. help. I cant get rid of it cause Im not even sure what it is
