Hi Katherine, I like what you developed here. I have a question though. Obviously this young man was inducted by you before, but have you ever performed this procedure on a subject that has never been under hypnosis? Thanks for posting this.

I have, actually. THe subject must be comfortable with hypnosis, but it is just as effective. Not one I would recomend for a skeptic though.

You hypnotize yourself almost on a daily basis without realizing it. It's a physical impossibility for your brain to be unable to shift states of consciousness. Otherwise you wouldn't sleep or be able to relax in any way. Different techniques work for different people really. It all depends upon what you are open to experiencing, I believe.

no one has ever successfully able to hypnotize me its not that i don't believe in it its just my mind knows the difference between bullshit and reality,now in the other hand if you apply pressure on someones pressure point its probably a different story (VERY INTERESTING)

I am a black belt martial artist, yes. I incorporate a LOT of martial arts in my inductions, as MA tends to be 80% mental and spiritual. :)

Fantastic !!!! u r so good !! Just wondering where i can learn this type of hypnosis ?? its so fast & time saver, i am a naturopath and an acupuncturist I'd love 2 apply this method on some of my patients who r sooo scared of needles& some even faint soon as they see the needles !!!!!
