i got the avengers story of heroes reborn. well its story is fail, but its an enojoyable reading

cool review. thanks for posting. There is a wizard magazine that came out a few years ago which had a number of Cap writers and artists talk about their time with the character. Liefeld said he was trying to do the Captain America version of the dark knight returns. It makes me chuckle to think about that. Still RL is important to the comic industry. Marvelution forever !!!

So from what I learned Liefeld did a bad job on it then he left, Jim Lee improved it a bit but not so much.

I never liked the big "A" on his forehead. Every time I see it aways think "ASSHOLE!" the eagle was better.

nice summery, this was exactly what I was looking for, a "Revamps Gone Wrong." thread got me wanting to know more about Heroes Reborn Cap.
Now I know why there's a Creepy woman's face on the cover of #2....
The Fantastic Four reboot seemed like a good fresh take from when I leafed though the trade though, I should try find it
