Gotta give props to the guy in the grey hooded sweater trying to pull 230k ;). The black dude was a stud for pulling 280k at a bodyweight of less that 100k - wow!

as it was only a small competition i relaxed the rules.if i was too strict people wouldn't be as interested.the reason some people wore suits was because they owned them and the others didn't.unfair i know but it meant people getting bigger lifts which boosts there confidence
