  • you were gorgeous before and even more so after! preciate you sharing. i was a basketball player up until my second yr of college i was always big but very athletic. now that i haven't been playing ball for about six or seven yrs im starting to work out and change my habits again. it can be tough especially if you don't have an athletic mentality. my suggestions would be to start off by drinking a gallon of water a day (throughout the day) it flushes your body and gives you energy.

  • if you do the russian twists but move your legs in the oppostite direction you get a better burn i think.
