In Massachusetts, if you're convicted for robbery or burglary, you very easily can go to prison. They're felonies, and there are different gradations of it, but you can go to jail. On the other hand, it's possible that you don't go to jail. What's the difference? The facts, and certainly the circumstances of the case, and your defense?
