Video Transcript:
In Massachusetts, if you're convicted for robbery or burglary, you very easily can go to prison. They're felonies, and there are different gradations of it, but you can go to jail. On the other hand, it's possible that you don't go to jail. What's the difference? The facts, and certainly the circumstances of the case, and your defense? Do you have an attorney who knows what they're doing; who knows what they're putting forth to the judge, the prosecutor, the jury, to first of all, try for acquittal, but if not, not being sentenced to a lot of years in prison which you can be. Im Sam Goldberg, lead counsel for criminal defense matters, at Altman and Altman in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I have twenty-five years of experience. If youre in trouble and you need someone in your corner, who cares, and will fight for you, give me a call.
