@wiggles2522 no, it was a tomato. please note the distance the tomato was dropped from. it's about an inch away from the edge.

@MrZotZot try it with your own kitchen knife. see if you can drop the tomato from about an inch away from the blade and see if the knife is sharp enough to break the tomato's skin.
