Side Entry IML Robot CAMPETELLA X-Serie SM2, 2 cavities Margarine container.
The integrated system, with IML application, specifically projected for container and lid production, is based on X-SERIES SM (side entry) robot.
The system got the following product mix:
- sole fixed frame with safety protections;
- control cabinet equipped with monitor and keyboard;
- X-SERIES SM (side entry) robot with 3 servo axes (brushless motors);
- gripper dedicated to the label positioning into the mould and to the mouded pail picking;
- label magazine on rotating board with complete electrostatic system;
- powerful software management, simple and intuitive

Questo sistema, con applicazione IML, dedicato alla produzione di contenitori e coperchi, si basa su un robot standard della nuova X-SERIES SM (Side Entry).
L'impianto si compone di:
- struttura di fissaggio a terra completa di protezioni;
-armadio di controllo a terra completo di display e tastiera;
- robot X SERIES SM ad ingresso laterale con 3 assi servo controllati (motori brushless);
- sistema di presa per inserimento etichetta nello stampo e prelievo del contenitore stampato;
- magazzino etichette, su tavola rotante, completo di sistema di carica elettrostatica;
- potente software di gestione, semplice ed intuitivo
