Instructions: Use approximately 16 inches of dental floss. Pull 4 to 5 inches of floss through the loop of the threader. Pass floss threader through space between teeth or under appliance. Remove floss from floss threader and begin normal flossing. Use with your preferred dental floss.

  • I hate flossing with braces it takes like 7 min.

  • I actually gave up flossing my teeth after putting these damn braces >_<

  • hahaha omg i feel so stupid! I've always tied the floss onto those. wooww

  • @webcams101 Me too!!

  • @Refinnejam LMAOOO omg wow i thought i was the only one who thought they were the floss!! ahahaha epic fail!!!!!!!

  • Use the easy brush cleaners they have. WAAAYYYY Better than flossing.

  • i was sweating like a madman while flossing.

  • I find these so easy. It takes me less than a minute to floss all my teeth. I don't use the recommended 18inches but smaller pieces and at each thread I keep the Threader on my pinkie finger. Rinse it with warm soapy water after each half and then I keep it in a clean pouch until it is loosing its shape. Then it is time to replace the threader - about once a week.

  • I have two suggestions:

-Use Superfloss, or any brand of floss with one end stiff and pointy, it slips right under the arch wire, no need to thread it!

-If you insist on using the threader, actually tie one end of the floss to the loop on the threader, that way you don't have to thread it about 30 some odd times, simply guide it under.

also, a waterpik would make your gums and teeth much healthier, and it takes about 30-60 seconds. It does replace flossing, but it help oodles. Less floss time.
