Hopefully, just remember to let yourself hit the apex of the jump then rotate and such.

It's best to wait, though an injured area may feel fully healed, more often than not...it isn't. Your body will tell you when it's ready, give it 1 week or 2 before you try it on the ground. Don't do anything too excessive.

Sorry on the double post, probably lagged out. I know it gets rid of the fear but only to a certain extent. Once your body finds out it's on solid ground, some type of fear will arise due to the fact you're not use to it. I'll be honest now, I've fallen on my neck a few times..if you've some MA background, you'll know how to fall and it actually doesn't even hurt.Just try it on ground once you're fully recovered and confident.

@DMguy yeah i will have to get over my fear i fell on my head once because my spotter dropped me so i think i just have to grow a pair and do it but i want my ankle to be 100% even thought it feels good i will probably wait

Being a on Trampoline is good but it's best if you do these on the ground. Your body is going to get use to the air you get from a trampo. and will react the same way when you're on the ground. Most trainers don't even recommend a trampoline because of this. Try to get a friend and spot you if need be.
