@jaquesgrobler2 It depends on your instructor. We follow wtf testing but also are taught sai tonfa bo staff cane and Hapkido which is part of our tests. He also teaches Balintawak. We still learn the older Palgwe forms and some Tang so do

It's just a skit. It's not meant to be an actual showing of practical techniques, that's an entirely other division. This is just meant to look cool while utilizing some basics.

also they are usually larger then you think. Pretty thick around, so keeping a grip while moving fast might be a bit difficult. But, then again, I have small hands. xD
