@daniqwa I know this is late, but if it's the vault, it's the Cheng, the second equal most difficult vault in all of women's gymnastics, or the somersault is a Dos Santos, a double arabian somersault in piked position, one of the most difficult floor skills.

nice vid..... but the title is wrong. For it to be titled amazing gymnastics skills then their needs to be more than just Woman's Artistic Gymnast in the video. There are half a dozen other Gymnastic Sports you left. Most all with World Champions who are no less of a gymnast, and with just as amazing skills than those in this vid.
for example... search out Power Tumbling, Also Acrobatic Gymnastics. Prepare to be Amazed

@coachgeo You make a valid point. I was about 14 when i made this video however and I had very little knowledge of sports other then Womens Gymnastics.

@coachgeo they were phenomenal! It's a shame that the sport isn't more internationally recognised.
