Bethesda are terrible at class balance... I really can't say I'm that looking forward to ESO, I'd much rather more expansion packs or a new installment. They should start testing the waters with coop IMO.

"Different teams" yes, but same company means money and other resources get split between projects. This is likely to negatively impact on the single player game series (take world of warcraft, I'm not holding my breath for a warcraft 4).
