Apparently there were too many problems with parking and they were going to use the land for something else but its just been sitting there for over two years. Also, I think the owner just didnt want to put up with all the debts anymore

I went here once, and I rode the Texas Cyclone for 4 times in a row. I miss this park so fucking much!

I now live in New York, and I go to Six Flags New England every so often, it's fun, but not as much fun as Astroworld.

Astroworld is still the most amazing Six Flags i've ever been to. SUCH a shame that it was torn down. I have so many memories there from when I was a kid. I remember pretty much everything we did the day that we went there. Extremely poor move on their part; if only they could see how many people that pissed off.
