I think Madara Uchiha is the first person to unlock, and fully use the Mangekyou Sharingan's abilities to the fullest. I think Tobi is Obito, and he wishes to do the same as his ancestor, or something of the latter.

Geez... It's definetely my favourite manga chapter. Itachi thinking about his little brother, Madara Uchiha and Pein, who I liked the most. With his smile, with his eyes and with everything he has. ^^ So goes this girl, but... What's her name? I used to draw them togheter, Pein and her, as somekind of friends, you know.

Wow...that's really weird!!So...Tobi isn't Obito,he's Uchiha Madara!!On the first episode of Naruto Shippuuden,the Kyuubi said that Uchiha Madara had a more sinister chakra then his own...That means the Tobi,the good boy,has a more sinister chakra then the Kyuubi!!TOBI!!The good boy is also the leader of Akatsuki?!It doesn't make sense!!!

No.. Pein is the leader read 363...But Tobi is not marada uchiha..He has the powers of it.. Read carefully
