As much as I revere Gabriel and his work, you have to give respect to Collins for what he did. Taking over for someone of Gabriel's status is hard enough, harder when you've been the band's drummer and back up singer. He not only slid effortlessly into the lead vocal role, he showed his talents as showman, bandleader, songwriter, and he was funny as hell on stage. All around top notch entertainer and world-class artist.

I would challenge ANY current "Rock" singer to deliver this song as good as Phil Collins did. Great tune and simple lyrics work.
