@FabricioSTH there was a game for the Sega Mega Drive about Batman and it is a little different from Batman Forever on the same console but looks like it(the enemies where almost the same and so is the menu however the 1st or 2nd level was about going in an elevator and showing floor numbers while loading and there was a level with a loony park and clowns and I always get stuck in a place and couldn't leave it :( ). I am seraching for the game, can you help?

Agreed, the music really rules on this one! It was a very short game though, i remember completing it the same afternoon i got it.
