@JAWSnAZ I have four words for you, "To PROTECT and SERVE". Where does it state that a police officer's job description consists of only upholding the law? I can tell you're not a cop. Then again with that mentality you just might be....lol. As the years go by cops care less about serving the community and more about the adrenaline rush and ego trip. They get these from focusing more on bad guys and nothing else. Not all cops are like that though. Go back 30+ years and cops were a better breed.

@4Sig18 Above and beyond their duties??? Give me a break. Or better yet, go get a clue. They put their life on the line because they choose too. Being in law enforcement is voluntary so don't take the job if you're going to bitch about pay or want a cookie every time you do what you were hired to do. Fuck you and your entire family tree, you waste of a brain stem.

Great work, DMPD.

That is AWESOME!!!! Glad that we have people who are willing to help the cops when they don't even ask for it.

Excellent work, people! There should be more caring individuals on this planet. Rushing into burning vehicles? Sounds like SUPERMAN description. I'm hoping police badgers see this...would THEY do this?

They did a great job here. I don't have an issue when police are on rescue calls because they are not exercising authority over anyone at that time so there is no ego trip. I do have an issue with them trying to "execute the laws of the union" because they do not have that authority constitutionally.
