@garyratchford it's going well, business is picking up a lot on my side. i had to get a 2nd body so I bit the bullet and got the 5d! haven't shot with it much yet but producing a music video on it in the next couple of weeks so i'll let you know how that turns out. definitely looking forward to getting a hero 2 when my savings recover a little bit!

@garyratchford I used Magix Movie Edit as I'm using Windows. Can't use FCP, unfortunately.

@geezmoz Hey!
This was shot at 720 - 60. Once we had converted the stills to a .mov file using Quicktime Pro we then converted the footage to 1920x1080 using Mpeg Streamclip (a free piece of software you can find in a google search.
Hope this helps.
Take care.

Hi, have also recently got a gopro and did a short timelapse trial. Wondering how did you get the aspect ratio to be 16:9? Mine shot at 4:3...
Hey Gary! Hope all is well. It's amazing that the Hero 2 can get a blue sky on a bright day without any filters on it. I'm thinking about getting one as well. Nice video!

@arthurwoo hey Arthur! How's it going mate? You gotta get one. It's a great bit of kit! Get's some lovely shots. A bit of a let down in low light - but if you use 'Neat Video' it cleans that up without any problems and the shots look amazing again!

Thanks! Didn't know it's so troublesome to convert the footage and all time-lapse is captured at 4:3. Will look for the software you recommended. Btw, please have a look at my test footage and feel free to give some feedback.

@geezmoz It's quite a quick conversion. Only needed if you want your footage in 16:9 but worth it. What do you use to edit your footage? In FCP you could just re-adjust the footage by stretching it. But this will give you rendering issues. MPEG Streamclip is a great option for any video converting - especially as it is free.
