recipe: 300g Self raising Flour, 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda, 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar, half an ounce of cocoa powder (15g), 100g melted dark chocolate, 225g soft brown sugar, 250ml full cream milk 100g soft butter, 2 eggs.
For the icing: 225g dark chocolate, 150ml double cream, 100g soft butter.
