Well the guys here at Frederick Parkour jammed out a few times this Halloween weekend.

@shortiee109 hay im with glen burnie parkour, and we are still a small tribe. but its closer than frederick. we practice in glen burnie and sometimes baltimore. working on making a website. but i do have a glen burnie parkour facebook. you can join any time.

@shortiee109 We've got some friends that practice in b-more(one of the guys in this vid lives there), check out the americanparkour forums and you can probably find them.
And if you're ever in town here let us know.
