Cheat Works Like this: Go to Pokemon summary.
Press L/R buttons to cycle through nature until you find right one. Close Pokemon summary.
Level Up Pokemon. You might see + -4 or stuff when you level up. That means it's working. Save the game. Bam. Changed the nature. Not sure if this will show in a Pokemon's Data upon closer inspection. But it'll get by an amateur hack-check so long as it isn't an event Pokemon with a specific nature (Shiny Johto Dogs).

MY SANITY IS BACK!!!!!!! I have spent five real time 24 hour days trying to get a munna with the synchronize ability with an adamant nature to save time on future pokemon that i want that nature for. After those 5 days of smashing my head into the wall hoping to end my trials and catching triples of every single other nature i found this. I LOVE YOU AS MUCH AS A GUY CAN WITH OUT IT BEING GAY!!!!!!!!

@123Ninjaness there must be a code entry error. i was having the same problem and then i went back to check the input code, turns out there was a very tiny error in the characters i put in for it
