There are less than 60 Javan Rhinos left. The habitat is restricted into a small peninsula called Ujung Kulon in West Java. Three dead Rhinos have been found recently and the survival of the rarest big mammal on earth is critical.
The only quality images of this rare Rhino can be seen in this video. Alain Compost has spend years filming and photographing the Javan Rhino and is helping YABI (Indonesian Rhino Foundation) for Rhino conservation in Ujung Kulon National Park.
