Historic snow storm with unprecedented snow fall possible. State of emergency, Ok national guard activated. Storm started around 10:00 p.m. 1.31.2011, with thunder sleet with hail,lightning and snow. This morning by 10:00 a.m. have 12 inches and another 4 to 6 expected with 40 mph gust with 50 mph winds expected on the backside of the upper level low, in the next 2 to 3 hours. Yea, Its a really big storm. And they say we still haven't gotten the worst of it. xD Should hit tonight some time. :o I can't believe how deep the snow is~ I made my own little video about it as well.

@SashikuChan It broke Tulsa's all time record with 14 inches. There are areas in my yard that are 20 inches deep, and it is hard trying to walk through it.

@lowrider1007 pretty toasty in the house, outside it is 9 degrees with 35 mph winds, i went out and cleared a path on my deck, i will probably upload some more pics, i have a new snow total 14 inches. Tulsa broke its all time snow record with over 13 inches officially and it is still snowing.

I grew up in Oklahoma and have been living in a suburb of Cleveland Ohio for the last 12 years. Misery loves company!!!!!! This is the crap we see weekly for nearly 6 months here. You have my sympathy though. At least in Tulsa, we could call off work when this crap fell. Never had a snow day yet here in this winter shit hole. DO NOT MISS THE ICE STORMS AT ALL OR THE TORNADOES!

@jojoijojoy i am trying to stay warm, if i would just stay in the house like a normal person, tonights low is 1 tomorrow night -5 to -10, and they are talking about another arctic front on Monday,dam i hope they are wrong
