wow man, awesome performance and great technique. there are gorgeous phrases that can be brought out in this piece though, ewazen was a genius. listen to she-e's recording on "snapshot," you might like that performance.

Youve got awesome aim. You obviously do your fair share of target practice. I just wonder if your choice to change almost all of the note values in th corral parts was concious or not? I say it because I tended to do the same, until my teacher caught me on it and I realized it. But it was a great performance no less. Good job

even though I don't agree with some of your musical choices, they definitely are refreshing.

Personally, I disagree with some of the phrasing/tempo choices/unwritten pauses that you take (at times, it makes the listener feel almost like you're gasping for air).
That being said, this is still a really powerful performance. You're obviously a great technician and overcome many of the difficulties of playing Ewazen's music (which I can sympathize with as I'm performing his marimba concerto in four weeks), and I will admit that
