How can you have demand if the people are under water with debt. How can you pay for innovation when profits are taxed away to pay for social programs that don't work. Economics 101 is quite clear, taxes effect equilibrium price and reduce production.

He isn't saying we lower taxes on JUST the wealthy. He saying we lower taxes on EVERYONE . Why should they have to pay more than 25% of they're income? The wealthy already pay 96% of the income taxes, do you liberals want them to pay 100%???

LOL!!! lowering taxes on the wealthy would do nothing for job creation. The wealthy have enjoyed super low taxes under the bush administration and the number of jobs in this country have steadily declined! Job creation is driven by both demand and new innovation and if you think otherwise then you are total imbecile. Rand Paul is totally against science and innovation just like the rest of the Tea Bags. He needs to take economics 101 because he has no clue about how jobs are created.

@urrejhipokritet You aren't hearing him right. He is proposing we cut taxes for EVERYONE. Not just the rich. He IS proposing that we DON'T raise taxes on the rich.

lowering taxes on income tax for just the wealthy to "create jobs" is the stupidest thing I have ever heard from a Paul, he could at least propose a tax rate decrease for everybody, damn I like his dad better
