A Galaxia Tribute. I think Galaxia is the coolest Sailor Moon villain. The other ones are just too confusing. I used only R2 DVD footage that I ripped from my own R2 DVDs, but I compressed it in Sony Vegas so that it would load faster on youtube, so I apologize if the quality is bad in some parts.
The song is Chris Cornell- You know my name, and it's the official theme of Casino Royale (2006)

Question... are these scenes from a movie or a series, and is it in English?

@lcflor11 They are from the fifth series of Sailor Moon, Sailor Stars, which was not adapted for North American Audiences. They are in Japanese, and multiple other languages, but not english.
