Hi there I have a few questions : I think I'm doing lunges wrong, because when I do them I only feel the contraction in my quads and not so much the other thigh muscles. Also what is your view on the elliptical trainer machine, does it tone at all ?

@mersylla hello. I would say you are probably taking your upper body forward to much during the lunges. make sure to keep your upper body straight above your hips and go more dowards with the back leg. Also, try 45% lunges and side lunges to target different areas of the thigh and glute. The elliptical is a nice machine but if you can walk or do other exercises you will get more toning. sumo squats, squat knee ups, leg raises forward, side and back.

@myosource Thank you for your response, I will try to follow your advice on the lunges. Also do you have videos that explain what side lunges and 45% lunges are ? And did I get you right, that walking tones more than peddling on the elliptical ?

@XxColoradoCutiexX exercise and eating right is our belief. body squats, lunges - forward, side and back and most any of the drills and exercises you see in our videos.
