CFL 1982: Edmonton at Toronto (part 5)

The Toronto Argonauts defeated the Edmonton Eskimos 30-22 in an August 1982 game at Exhibition Stadium in Toronto. The game was seen as the first solid evidence that the Argos and their new run-and-shoot offence were for real after a decade in the wilderness. The Eskimos were four-time Grey Cup champions (and would go on to win their fifth in a row later that year) and featured the great Warren Moon at quarterback. Toronto was led by quarterback Condredge Holloway, receiver Terry Greer and, in this game, a superb performance by their defensive line.

Looking at this game gives me goosebumps. So many names I remember, and watching Warren Moon again, in he CFL.
