I didn't make this, but I found it a while ago (can't even remember where) but the fight has been edited to make it snappier... more energetic, more like the fight in Episode 3. And the music used from Ep. 3 also. It really makes it feel like you're watching a rematch of the final battle between Anakin and Obi-Wan at the end of Revenge of the Sith.

a good bit of fun to watch :)

  • With all the re-editing Lucas did, I thought he might also make the Obi Wan/Vader rematch faster and more intense. I think that's more important to the saga than adding in Jabba.

  • I liked at the end how vader said come with me instead of obi wan saying run luke run thats what should of happennded!!! 5 Stars!!!

  • Don't mess with the original: If it ain't broke don't fix it.

  • @Jazmillenium That's right. Vader isnt fast but he is way stronger and his blade would feel heavier when he hit you. Also he was stronger in the force.

  • Some of it is good and some of it is not. Vader dosent know of Luke until Empire strikes back so he cant say "come with me"

Also, there is no reason why an old man and a cumbersome robot man would fight as if they were both in their physical prime.

  • 1 they fight like old people like slow

2 ever notice there on a space station with like 600,000 troops yet the rebels are escaping and there is about 5 in the scene

  • You can tell Alec Guiness would rather have been anywhere except in that movie.

  • i love that at 1:59 they forgot to use the effects on darth vaders light saber.

  • @FozzyBearist I agree, thats why he is so 'stiff' during his fights. At least in my eyes. Luke is a little more loose. But Vader's force powers more than make up for that disadvantage.

  • Lol that spin is so unnecessary lol.

  • Anybody else notice that when Vader is walking towards the closing door at the end, that his lightsaber isn't red? It's white. The editors forgot to put the saber on.

  • @lasoogneypubes Looking back, I think I agree with you. It's still kinda cool how the creator of the video did it though.
