they were on the copy I had. Sorry!)
The movie is a Neil Jordan film called "Breakfast on Pluto" starring Cillian Murphy as Patrick "Saint Kitten" Brayden.

The song is "Your Woman" by White Town.

@DiLancreRoyalty The odd thing is the singer sang it from the perspective of a female, which was something that was, and still is, pretty unheard of. I think the wiki page for the song still has some info up, but I can't find the site I had before.

My friend is obsessed with Cillian Murphy. He is freakishly pretty as a woman and this film looks great.

I've only seen bits of Disco Pigs, that looks pretty good as well.
