If i could speak to banks i'd say that it's alright we all make mistakes. We all at times forget the most important things in our lives because as a kid we don't understand what a father goes through and how hard he works so we get a good future.
Your family loves you very deeply and they know you have always loved your family

Never really understood this song until now. This movie is amazing, has great run for the kids and incredible lessons for the adults.

the father dont see the fun in he's love so he hate Mary Poppins.... but on the end he see al the happiness and i love everything !! great movie!!

David Tomlinson is such an incredible actor. In this scene, you can always see the sadness in his eyes. I'm rather close to being in tears now, and NEVER do I cry during a movie.

This is a very moving scene- It shows the contrast between Bert and Mr. Banks. Bert is poor, but happy as can be, while Mr. Banks is wealthy, but unhappy because he has forgotten how to love his children. Bert finally shows Mr. Banks that you can always make more money, but you can only live your kids childhood once, and so you should enjoy it. It is a lesson that all fathers can take away.

it brought tears to me when I watched this part of the movie. I don't get that moved in most movies.
