We will assemble 12noon at the Martin Luther King Jr. National Memorial on the the north east corner of the Tidal Basin within the precinct of the Jefferson Memorial, then at 1:15 PM we will march to 950 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington (U.S Department of Justice) were the rally will begin at 2:00Pm.
