vicente sotto scandal?

If you really want to know the events before the rectal surgery scandal. You are here now. The events from December 31, 2007 - January 3, 2008 of the so-called vicente sotto memorial medical center scandal/black suede scandal/canister scandal.
There are events and comments about this (scandal?) that I did not include in the presentation due to its video limit. I did not include some comments of sec. duque that would show that he is already rendering judgment on the case. I did not also include the comments of rep. soon-ruiz.

TO THE PATIENT, file a suit against them, the hospital, the doctors and all those accomplises. Also to the one who posted this video and the one who done the criminal act againts you. You are entitle for more than 6million pesos (as what you are demanding in the news)for moral damages, the right for privacy and confidentiality.Get a good lawyer!Hope justice prevail!Don't let them bribe you,u are entitle for more compensation than the one they will offer you!Let them suffer!

This is not a breakthrough in medical field (as they didn't do a laparatomy), there are a lot, lot more brutal cases of this kind here abroad, but it has never shown nor printed because it is a violation of patient's privacy and confidentiality.

Another thing, why our officials releasing speeches maligning sexual preference of the patient. This is but clearly a violation of patients rights...thats it!!! You don't want this thing happen to you or to your relatives. Clearly they need to be prosecuted, pay damages, and be stripped off with their license.

In the first place, this video should not be posted here in you tube so that we will not see what and how are all of you behaving inside the operating room. This only shows the lack of professionalism inside the theater/Operating room (or looks like ER as there are lots of people around, during the procedure.) Another violation, lack of privacy during the procedure! hmp!

CONTINUATION...PART 2 OF MY COMMENT:

All the people who participated on this operation/procedure should be investigated, they are all liable to their act and behavior. They should all be stripped off with their licenses. They are all PROFESSIONALS, taking pictures and laughing during the operation! what is that??? Is this the way the medical staff behave professionally now in the Philipines?
