Bimmers are high maintenance cars... U need to keep them tuned just cause they are expensive doesn't mean they are maintenance free. Im on my 4th one at the moment and loved them all.

i dont know if you still need help but the first thing you should do is see if you can spin the engine manually. if it moves even a cm your oil pump and engine is ok so its either a relay or the starter... generally the starter for numerous reasons. however you dont want to assume or waste money so check things out one by one.

So , can you tell me what you did to solve this problem? My 95 325i is doing the same thing. The windows won't even roll up or down. It's locked in some securitly mode.

We tried a couple different things, then it randomly started when I tried to start it. Has your key ever gave you issues? We replaced the key. We also gave the started a good bang from underneath. Hit it a couple times if you have access to it. Has not had a problem since then. I can replay right away if you would like to chat.
