If a request is made to the Dept. of Justice by the Secretary of the Interior to initiate legal action against the State of Hawaii, we would review the request to determine if the case has legal merit and factural support. If we find that a meritorious case exists we would file an action. Too little too late, this discussion is mute at this time. but if one can continue to educate maybe Free Hawaii and or Independence Hawaii is plausible.
