Nice! I just bought one today, haven't used it yet though. I've been using a munter hitch with a steel carabiner, that seems rough on the rope though.

I have the exact same model he uses in this video. I cannot tell you how awesome this thing works. Big time saver and makes your ropes last a lot longer when combined with a block. Highly recommended device.
