I've noticed this new diet plans plan named DietOramy (search on google) - my mom told me she begun employing this and already lost handful of kilos, without feeling starving or worn out in any way... what do you think, has anyone tried it however?

Can you take in whey protein powder (mixed with raw vegetable or juice - or even water)? Does whey (for protein intake) feed cancer or hurt health of non cancer patients?

I don't really care about cruelty to animals or whatever, I'm going on this diet purely for the health aspects. I'm in Europe atm, can't wait to get home in 3 weeks and start this diet. I'm glad that I found out about this when I did coz I'm constantly worried about my health and I'm overweight. But that should all change. Can't wait.
