David Ball and His Pioneer Playboys at the Showroom in his boyhood hometown of Spartanburg, South Carolina. David Ball wrote "Look What Followed Me Home" which was on his smash hit album "Thinkin' Problem" from 1994. "Carolina Moon" is a popular song written by Joe Burke and Benny Davis. The song was a 1928 hit for crooner Gene Austin, when it charted for 14 weeks, staying at number one for 7 weeks. Its still a top song around these parts. The Pioneer Playboys: Troy Cook Jr., guitar & vocals; Scott Metko, drums & vocals; Billy Pierce, bass.

  • I've always loved this song by David and I do wish this video was better. The sound seems to echo. This is one of my favorites of his besides "Thinkin' Problem". David and the musicians really look great here. Thanks for posting. - Paula
