Actor Musician Jack Black - Autism Song Debut

The Miracle Project (a theatre and film arts program for children with special needs) and SMG Music proudly presents Miracle Projects Debut album, "Fly: INTO THE WORLD OF AUTISM.

The album is scheduled for release, summer 2009 on indie record label SMG Music.

"Fly: INTO THE WORLD OF AUTISM will feature The Miracle Project kids alongside celebrity artists such as Jack Black, Stephen Stills, Kid Frost, Taylor Parks and a duet with Hayley Knight and Drew Seely of a song by David Lawrence and Faye Greenberg (High School Musical 1,2 and 3).

Other artists include Holly Robinson Peete in a song produced by Kenny "babyface" edmonds, Latin sensation Shalim Ortiz and more to come.

The Miracle Project will soon be working with The Chaka Khan Foundation to share the programs with inner city communities.

The Miracle Projects continues to understand the deep and transformational power of love, art, and community. Its goal is to continue to build bridges so as to cultivate the greatest quality of life for each and all.

In response to the overwhelming requests to start The Miracle Project in different communities, they are offering the first ever Miracle Project training and certification program. Proceeds from the album will help support the budgetary needs of the The Miracle Project foundation.

I think all these things songs etc and great as they highlight the things children do have (my daugters juts recently been classed as a moderate autistic) the more people are aware out there that its Not a disease it is a s the song says a different way of looking at things and yes very sesitive to certain stimuli - i thin one person already when i told the diagnpsis is sorta not sure on letting her kid play etc

Actually I love this. Pretty cool vibe. They claim that music therapy is great for Autistic kids. My son has ADHD and loves music. Actually I think Music Therapy could be great for Special Needs in general. Great Song Thanks for sharing. : )
