Metallica Backstage Meet and Greet

Video of Metallica backstage at a meet and greet I attended in 2004. Filmed before they went on stage March 10, 2004 in Sacramento CA USA at Arco Arena.

I got in trouble with Gino for having a video camera and I thought he was gonna kill me, it happens midway through the video. I kept filming anyway, I had to.

i'm a musician and record producer so, this woulda been a life changing experience for me. 2 questions:

how & with what you film this if they dont allow it?

is that all you have to do to meet them, is join the metclub??

I got to film it because I told them my videocamera was also my still camera, and they were nice enough to let me use it.

They killed that show for over 2 hours straight. I was drunk and shroomin the whole show. We partied so hard in the parking lot all the way through Godsmack, that when we finally went in, in between sets, we thought the show hadn't started yet. But it was all smoky though. When Metallica popped up on the stage and started playing Blackened, me and my friend Mike thought they were pulling one over on the crowd by playing 1st. Like 20 of us rushed the security lady and got to the floor. THE BEST!

how cool i feel the SAME EXCAT WAY! seen them sept 15 of this year and was upfront and James shook my hand!! i freaked out and also my son was recording and got pushed and i have it here on youtube..he thought he paused but got it on tape! it is wonderful and i know if you join the met club you have a great chance for a meet n greet!!

i would fucking shake in excitement and cry my eyes out if i got to see metallica even talk to the guys metallicas music is my life i love them so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
