i got intel pentium 4 3.40 ghz 2 gb ram nvidia 9600 gt 1024 mb it run like lag but if i add 1 gb ram iwill got 3 gb ram dose it work ?

@MyGhostProductions Try lowering the video settings in GTA IV. The RAM memory won't affect the performance. Try upgrade your graphic card and processor if it doesn't work to lower the video settings.
