  • Good one Bro! I think you should post some more video with Demo for Motorbike racers workout. Thanks, it was useful tips. More......... :-)

  • Good video. I have been training hard since my 2010 accident to regain strength and lose weight from being down for about 7months. I like the exercise using the ball for quad strength. I would caution against too much grip training because MC riding can cause tendonitis. I do curls with lighter weights to try and avoid this issue. Again good stuff. :-)
