@cubbeargirl2 A lot of parrots have the tails/wings clipped. My friend is a bird LOVER and both of his parrots have their wings clipped. I dont think its as bad as you make it out to be. srsly need to turn down the drama meter on this video.

To whoever thinks that this bird should be returned to the idiot owner because he was "free", the bird was NOT enjoying it. The parrot was clipped thus it could not fly away and was holding on for his life. If he let go while the car was going that fast he would have gotten injured or even killed.
