  • @finkabaht1

Thanks for the insite. I did not know about that.

  • @Kirillcankicker

Jun Fan is 'Bruce Lee's real name. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones!!!

  • @Kirillcankicker Ya I Agree With U .. Sorry For That. I Dont Mean It was Useless But Im Not Interested In It . :)

  • @ZarroyBulleT

Shows how dumb you are, JKD is not even an style of combat it a philosophy of Bruce Lee, and also Dan Inosanto incorporated a lot of Kali in making Jun Fan(combat part of JKD). And how in your right mind can you say that this art is useless you lazy ass? No art is useless, every art is situational. combining them all and using them according to the situation is part of the philosophy of JKD.

  • @KenBuDO Why don't you have a look at Rick youngs web site then you will find out more info ! i trained with Rick over twenty years ago and is one the best allround martial artist in the world, as for Black belts he has one in judo one in karate and one in bjj he also won gold in the world bjj championships and also won european and pan american bjj championships. He's a instructor under Dan Inosanto and an instructor in CSW under the one and only Erik Paulson.

  • Hehehe pathfinder0009, it's nice to have a fellow Filipino around here! ^_^ Anyways, as said, JKD's parenthood ranged from many styles of martial arts... from Boxing, Wing Chun, probably FMA and a lot more...

I also have to agree with jerjeriyot, it's rare to find certified FMA instructors and practitioners... There are those few among many in the world... some Filipinos and non-Filipinos... But you can be sure that an instructor is one with the "GrandMaster" title

  • no problem! Happy days, man!

  • my friend I was just wondering .. thats it

  • Hey KenBuDo,

How are you,its been 6 months, where you been at?

As to your question,I don't know.Maybe you should contact Mr Rick Young yourself.

  • my point was: Black Belt Academy then I am saying for Philino MA?? how come you guys arent wearing Black Belts ??

(same like stating Black Belt Boxing, or why not Black Belt swimming?)
